The six-year-old Goodtime Hero, who was bred and raised at Goodtime Lodge, posted his ninth lifetime success and his fourth for the season at Parkes on Friday night (July 3).

The gelding led from go to whoa, rating 2:00.4 over 1660 metres with the last 800 in 59 seconds.

He has now earned more than $65,000.

Goodtime Hero is out of the Safe And Sound mare Our Empire (2:00.8), the dam also of Goodtime Lollie (1:56.1).

Goodtime Hero and Goodtime Lollie were both by Shadyshark Hanover.
