The tough Restrepo gelding Tedkane overcame a difficult barrier draw and a wide passage before scoring his third success at Horsham on Friday (September 25).

The four-year-old showed a ton of courage to prevail in a tight finish.

The mile rate for 2200 metres was 2:01.7.

He clocked 57.7 seconds for his last 800 in the open.

Tedkane was bred and is part-owned and trained by Barry Beasley.

The gelding is out of the Julius Caesar mare Weerrook Dynasty and is her only foal.
